In a time where political ambitions often overshadow genuine public service, Sravan Diwakar Mada has emerged as a unique figure a reformer who walks quietly but leaves behind powerful change. As a supporter of the BJP while being the General Secretary of the NaMo Vichar Manch (Mumbai Mahanagar Pradesh) and the NaMo Group Foundation (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) which are headed by Dr. Farhad Vijay Arora, Sravan dedicates his work not to building a political career, but to strengthening the bridge between government initiatives and everyday citizens.
Service Before Self
Sravan's mission is simple yet powerful: spread awareness about the Modi government’s welfare schemes and provide a direct feedback loop to higher authorities about issues, corruption, and malpractice within his constituency. Unlike many in similar roles, Sravan has no intention of contesting elections. His work is driven purely by social service, transparency, and a commitment to justice.
He and his team operate at ground level, helping people interact with complex systems like the BMC, police, legal offices, and municipal departments. Whether it’s a family struggling with a builder dispute, a senior citizen denied insurance, or a woman fighting harassment, Sravan steps in with facts, documentation, and unwavering support.
A Journey Born Out of Struggle
Sravan’s grassroots connection stems from personal experience. As a college student, he distributed milk as his family business giving him firsthand insight into the struggles of the working class. Later he went to the Middle East to work as an HR manager in the hospitality industry. Instead of being crushed by hardship, Sravan transformed it into compassion and resilience. These early experiences laid the foundation for a life devoted to public service.
Today, he works tirelessly to ensure that those on the margins of the system are heard, protected, and empowered. His guidance extends to diverse communities Maharashtrians, Gujaratis, Christians, Shettys, Punjabis, and people from Uttar Pradesh ensuring inclusivity in every step of his mission.
The Silent Ravan: Strategy Over Spectacle
Known by the title “Silent Ravan,” Sravan’s leadership is defined by strategy, patience, and impact. Drawing inspiration from the mythological Ravan revered for his intelligence Sravan believes in observing silently and striking with clarity and law when needed. He lets results, not noise, do the talking.
He frequently receives issues via social media Facebook (@sravan.mada.5), Instagram (@srav1), and Twitter (@Srav1Mada) where his followers share complaints, request help, and seek solutions. From police FIR follow-ups to legal filings and builder disputes, Sravan uses digital access to amplify citizen voices that often go unheard in the traditional system while remaining in the guidelines of the BNS, IPC and CRPC Sections.
Initiatives Rooted in Change
Sravan's service spans many critical domains. He has led and supported initiatives such as:
• Ayushman Bharat Health Card Awareness Drives
• Tree Plantation Campaigns under "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam"
• Cultural festivals like "Rang 2025" to promote Indian tradition and unity
• World Yoga Day events
• Atal Ahar Yojana, providing food to the needy
• Rescue and rehabilitation for women in distress
• Eye Check up camps and free specs distribution
• Beti Bachao Beti Padhao
• Legal awareness camps and support for victims of fraud and harassment
Each of these efforts is not just a one-time event but part of a larger goal to build long-term awareness and self-sufficiency among citizens.
Backed by Trust, Built on Humility
Sravan’s integrity and approach have earned him the support of notable BJP leaders, including world record holder 9 time MLA Shri Kalidas Kolambkar, MLA Adv. Ashish Shelar, MLA Shri Ameet Satam, Adv. Ameet Mehta, Shri Jitu Raut, Smt Akshata Tendulkar, Dr. Farhad Vijay Arora. and Adv. Zinnal Patel. Yet, he does not seek validation through association. For Sravan, loyalty is to the people, not to positions.
He insists that the solution to India’s local governance issues doesn’t lie in hero-worship but in enabling everyone to become their own advocate. “I should not be the only solution,” Sravan says. “Everyone should know how to raise their voice, where to go, and what their rights are.”
Creating a Culture of Accountability
Sravan’s real contribution lies in how he instils a culture of civic responsibility and law-based action. While others may offer temporary help, he ensures people learn how to navigate the system themselves. His leadership isn't about creating dependence; it's about enabling capability. He focuses on creating local teams and volunteers who can carry forward the mission of ethical and efficient civic activism.
His presence in a case often acts as a catalyst mobilising authorities, pushing legal files forward, and ensuring corrupt practices are exposed. Behind every FIR filed, every widow who receives her pension, every victim of builder fraud who finally gets justice there is a system, a process, and somewhere behind it, Sravan.
