this restaurant is not merely a business to me—it is a cherished dream

● We were looking for
a place that’s easily accessible for everyone, and this location is perfect
from that perspective.

● Our menu is
thoughtfully curated to present traditional flavours with a refined,
contemporary touch.
4. What challenges did you face while setting up the restaurant?
● In the beginning,
there were quite a few challenges—especially building the right team, deciding
on the design, maintaining food standards, and carefully selecting everything
from presentation to the smallest details. It was all quite challenging, but with
passion, everything gradually becomes possible—and that’s exactly what
happened.

you personally recommend to someone visiting for the first time?
● All our dishes are
signature, but since you asked, I’d say the mutton Athe dish is definitely a
must-try.

curate your team, from chefs to service staff?
● Our team is not just
a workforce; they are deeply connected to this place and treat it with a sense
of belonging. Team spirit and a positive environment are at the very heart of
what we value.
