 In conversation with Chef Atanu, the mind behind Tridha, a refined multi-cuisine restaurant

1. What inspired you to start this restaurant, and what’s the story behind its concept?

● To be truly honest, this restaurant is not merely a business to me—it is a cherished dream

2. Why did you choose this particular location for your restaurant?

● We were looking for a place that’s easily accessible for everyone, and this location is perfect from that perspective.

3. What makes your menu unique compared to other places in the city?

● Our menu is thoughtfully curated to present traditional flavours with a refined, contemporary touch.

5. What challenges did you face while setting up the restaurant?

● In the beginning, there were quite a few challenges—especially building the right team, deciding on the design, maintaining food standards, and carefully selecting everything from presentation to the smallest details. It was all quite challenging, but with passion, everything gradually becomes possible—and that’s exactly what happened.

4. Which dish would you personally recommend to someone visiting for the first time?

● All our dishes are signature, but since you asked, I’d say the mutton Athe dish is definitely a must-try.

6. How did you curate your team, from chefs to service staff?

● Our team is not just a workforce; they are deeply connected to this place and treat it with a sense of belonging. Team spirit and a positive environment are at the very heart of what we value.

7. What kind of dining experience do you want your guests to take away?

● Our main goal is to ensure that our guests feel relaxed and comfortable when they visit us. We always focus on three key aspects: great food, a pleasant ambiance, and warm, heartfelt service.

8. Are there any signature ingredients or cooking styles that define your cuisine?

● Our cuisine is defined by the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic spices that bring out rich, bold flavors.

9. What are your future plans or expansions for the brand?

● In the future, we aim to grow this journey even bigger and reach many more people.
